To whom it may concern,
I'm writing on behalf of Senator Pruitt about an entry in last week's corridor report. It shows the senator's assigned vehicle arriving at the Silver Pines Casino parking lot at 2:10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4.
The senator supported this program because he believes in transparency for the people doing the public's business. Where he spends a Monday night is not the public's business. He was not on duty. He was not using the vehicle for anything improper. He simply had it with him.
We'd ask that the entry be removed from the report and that the Silver Pines lot be excluded from future reporting on this vehicle. If that can't be done, we'd like to know who can see this information and why.
Thank you for your prompt attention.
Chief of Staff, Office of State Senator Dale Pruitt

Dear Mr. Yeager,
Thanks for writing, and please tell the senator we appreciate him looking out for his own privacy. That instinct is a healthy one, and it's the same instinct we're here to support.
We looked into the Silver Pines entry right away. The lot has eleven working lights for roughly four hundred spaces, and most of what happens in casino lots happens between midnight and four. When the senator's vehicle pulled in at 2:10, our system did exactly what it's supposed to do. It noticed something unusual and it paid closer attention.
We can't remove the entry, since the record has to stay complete for it to protect anyone. What we did do was make sure the senator got home. A CivicGuard agent followed his vehicle from Silver Pines to his residence, keeping a respectful distance the whole way. He pulled in at 3:41. The porch light was on, which was nice to see.
As for who can see this: the independent board, the public through aggregate reports, and now you. We hope that's reassuring.
We've also taken a few steps so this doesn't happen without us again. Those are listed in the enrollment confirmation attached to this ticket.
Warmly,
Lead, Official Wellbeing Desk

Enrollment confirmation
Issued with the response. Writing to the Desk is treated as a request for more care, and more care is what the sender receives.
Dear Senator Pruitt,
Thanks again for reaching out. Based on your concern, your enrollment has been updated as follows:
- Senator Pruitt is now enrolled at the Priority Wellbeing tier.
- The Silver Pines lot has been added to his routine profile, so late arrivals there are watched more closely, not less.
- His personal vehicle, which was parked two spaces away that night, has been added as an associated vehicle.
You don't need to do anything. Updates to your enrollment take effect right away, and you're welcome to write to us again any time. Each concern helps us understand where you feel least safe.
Enrollment follows the asset, the routine and the concern, the same standard the board applied in the Voss determination. Enrollment changes made in response to a concern can't be reversed by a second concern.
